How each model is billed
Monthly rate per engineer
The rate depends on seniority and stack. You get the rate for each person in writing before they start.
Monthly price per team
One senior lead, the engineers and QA. If the team changes, the price changes from the next month.
Fixed quote after a workshop
A paid 1 to 2 week workshop produces the scope and acceptance criteria. Then a fixed price, paid per milestone.
