What a team costs
From€3,200per engineer per month
One monthly fee per person. Recruiting, laptops, payroll and the senior lead are included. Your written quote names every person and is fixed for 12 months.
Example: a 5-person AI product team, year one
1 senior lead, 2 AI engineers, 1 backend engineer and 1 QA engineer.
How we calculated this
Salaries: 2026 published ranges (Glassdoor, levels.fyi, Stepstone) for Germany and Netherlands. Rates include salary, payroll, equipment, AI tools and the senior lead's review.

All questionsWho is our contract with?
Manpower Abroad SRL, trading as Aegis Edge, registered in Bucharest, Romania. The contract is under EU law and invoiced in EUR.
How is GDPR handled for work done in India?
Before any access, we sign a Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses and give you our sub-processor list. Engineers only get access to what their work needs.
Can we interview them?
Yes. You interview the senior lead and anyone else on the team.
What if someone is not a good fit?
We replace them at no cost, usually within 2 weeks.
How do you price?
Team Extension is billed monthly per engineer, based on seniority and stack. Delivery Pods are billed monthly per team. Fixed-scope projects are quoted after a scoping workshop and billed per milestone.
