Who is our contract with?
Manpower Abroad SRL, trading as Aegis Edge, registered in Bucharest, Romania. Under EU law, invoiced in EUR. The GDPR DPA and SCCs are signed before any access.
What if the engineer is not a good fit?
Tell us and we replace them at no cost, usually within 2 weeks.
Who owns the code?
You do. IP is assigned to you in the contract and the code lives in your repositories from the first day.
